Documented scope: 60 warehouse lights changed from 400 watts to 150 watts each. Connected lighting load fell from 24,000 watts to 9,000 watts, a calculated 62.5% reduction. The project account reports improved visibility; it does not quantify accident reduction or productivity gains. Utility-bill savings depend on operating hours and electricity rates.
