We assess replacement options for aging or damaged equipment, including Federal Pacific, Zinsco and Sylvania panels. The specific model, condition, available capacity and project requirements determine the recommendation; not every older panel is subject to a recall.
Some work requires a planned shutdown. Timing depends on the circuits involved, utility requirements, equipment and access. We coordinate the agreed outage window with management; uninterrupted power is not assumed.
Audio systems, alarm systems and HVAC controls are excluded from the standard scope described here unless specifically agreed in writing. Engineering, permits, utility work, finishes and restoration must also be clearly identified in the proposal rather than assumed included.
