This parking lot located in sunny Pompano Beach had a complete lighting renovation! This property was not only poorly lit, but their previous lighting system was costing them a lot of money in energy costs – they were in need of a solution.
The project team used aerial lighting analysis to identify dark areas and plan fixture locations. New perimeter poles and LED lighting improved illumination around the buildings. Pole lights, wall packs and canopy fixtures were replaced with lower-wattage LED units. These documented equipment changes support a clearer, more efficient lighting layout; actual operating savings depend on usage and energy rates.
